Join us for a guided hike around Belmont's historic property- including trails through the Patapsco Valley State Park. Afterwards, work with Dad to earn your Junior Naturalist patch: a new activity available for visiting children at the Conservancy. Hike Belmont to the Rockburn Branch area with the Mountain Club of Maryland's Gary Reinoehl. Stops along the trail will include hiking tips, history of the area and a visit to Rockburn Branch Park. The hike will include some small stream crossings and hills. Total distance is approximately 4.3 miles. Advance registration recommended, program may sell out. Online registration ends 24 hours prior to the event. If a program is canceled by the Conservancy, participants will be notified and offered a refund. All other program fees are non-refundable and support educational programs at the Conservancy. Organized groups cannot be able to be accommodated at our free programs. Please contact the Conservancy about scheduling a separate program for your group.
