Come on out of hibernation and warm up with family yoga! We will breathe, flow and move through an invigorating sequence designed to take you out of your winter cocoon. Taking inspiration from the nature around us at Belmont, this program is geared for parents and children (preferably ages 6 and up) to practice and enjoy yoga together. By the end of this hour long session, families will feel refreshed and reconnected to each other and to the season around them.
*Please bring a mat or towel to practice on.
Your yoga instructor for this program, Mary Lavin, is a registered yoga teacher (RYT200) through the Yoga Alliance. Bringing all of her life experience to the mat, Mary offers a yoga practice where safe movement, good health and deep breathing can meet.
Online registration ends 24 hours prior to the event. If a program is canceled by the Conservancy, participants will be notified and offered a refund.
