Participate in our 2017 BioBlitz hosted in partnership with Maryland Biodiversity Project, a non-profit focused on cataloging all the living things in Maryland. The Maryland Biodiversity Project has created a sub-site for the Conservancy that already features more than 700 species. .
While experts in many domains are canvasing the Conservancy to document our flora and fauna, we will hold family outings to introduce you to the Conservancy’s biodiversity and Maryland Biodiversity Project. Bring your camera and you might document a new species for the BioBlitz! Bill Hubick, co-founder of Maryland Biodiversity Project, and other expert naturalists will take small groups out to see a BioBlitz in action!
